ἄνθρωπος γυμός, ἑστώς, ἔχων βασίλειον ἐπὶ τῆς κεφαλῆς, ἐν δὲ τῇ δεξιᾷ χειρὶ ξίφος καμπῇ ἐπὶ τὸν τράχηλον κείμενον καὶ ἐν τῇ εὐωνύμῳ ῥάβδον
A naked man, standing, having a crown on his head, and in his right hand a sword resting which is turned over and resting on his neck and in the left hand a wand

ἔστι δὲ τὸ μέλα[ν], ἐν ᾧ γράφεις· αἷμα κορώνης, αἷμα περιστερᾶς λευκῆς, λίβανος ἄτμητος καὶ ζμύρνα καὶ μέλαν γραφικ[ὸ]ν καὶ κιννάβαρις καὶ ὀπὸς συκαμίνου καὶ ὕδωρ ὄμβριον καὶ χυλὸς ἀρτεμι<σί>ας μονοκλώνου καὶ κατανάγκης
This is the ink with which you draw: Blood of a crow, blood of a white dove, lumps of incense, myrrh, black writing ink, cinnabar, sap of mulberry tree, rainwater, juice of a single-stemmed wormwood and vetch
